What we keep, and why
Short version: we keep only what we need to guide your application, we never sell it, and you can delete it any time.

What we collect
- From the fit check: your country, your answers about phone type, photo ID (yes or no only), computer and webcam, weekly hours, field, and the role's yes/no questions.
- To contact you: your first name and email address.
- As you use your member pages: the status you report, the checklist items you tick, when you sign in, when you confirm you applied through your link, and questions you send us.
We never ask for your ID document, ID number, phone number, date of birth, résumé or bank details. Hiring platforms collect what they need themselves, under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
- To show you an honest fit result and roles that may suit you better.
- To send you the right prep at the right step, and sign-in links.
- To keep a record that you chose to use our referral link. Hiring platforms may ask referrers to show that the candidate agreed to the referral.
- To improve our fit check by comparing fit-check results with the progress members report.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting and database providers store the data for us.
- Our email provider (SMTP2GO) delivers our emails.
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on member pages. We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't send your answers to hiring platforms. If you apply, you give the platform your details yourself.
How long we keep it
- Fit checks you never confirm by email are deleted after 14 days.
- Account data is kept while your account is active. We plan to delete accounts after 24 months without activity.
- Copies of emails may remain with our email provider and in our team inbox for their normal retention periods.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Pause tip emails or delete your data on your account page. Deletion is permanent. We keep only a one-way scrambled copy of your email address so we never email you again.
